Dr. Debangshu Mukherjee is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Electron and Atom Probe Microscopy (EAPM) Group at the Center for Nanophase Materials Science (CNMS) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). Prior to joining ORNL, Debangshu obtained his PhD from The Pennsylvania State University in April 2018, where his research focused on using aberration corrected STEM to measure the structure of ferroelectric domain walls. At ORNL, his postdoctoral research focuses on developing experimental methods and data analysis toolkits for 4D-STEM techniques to map out strain across interfaces, and to image atomic potentials at sub-ångström resolution with electron ptychography.
