Vesna Srot obtained her PhD in geology/mineralogy from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She continued with postdoctoral study at the Max Planck Institute in Stuttgart, Germany. Since 2015 she is employed as a research scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research, Stuttgart, Germany.
